Reporting to the on-site Account Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Data entry and system administration in line with Protech standards
Client monthly meetings
Scanning & filing documents
Assisting the Account Manager with on-going field employee management
Preparing reports and data as requested from the Client and/or Account Manager
Weekly timesheets
Assisting with a range of adhoc tasks and errands as required
Active field leadership with the Account Manager
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding functions where required

Current Health Assessment and Standard 11
Mandatory:
Reside in the Mackay region
Ability to work on-site, and from the Mackay Office
Demonstrated experience in Administration (Mining background will be highly regarded)
Intermediate experience with Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams & Outlook
Highly organised with attention to detail
Goal-orientated and results driven
Ability to work within a close-knit team and unsupervised
Rights to work in Australia
Current drivers licence
