About the Role

This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, stakeholder management and extensive expertise of acquisition processes.

In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for all due diligence activities through to the completion of legal documentation, while working closely with Protech’s CEO and executive leadership team.


Key Details:

  • Engagement Type: Casual
  • Rate: $1,000 per day (inclusive of superannuation)
  • Location: Brisbane (Protech Eight Mile Plains Office, QLD)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Information Management: Secure and organise all required data from the target company through the data room or other available sources.
  • Legal Coordination: Liaise with external legal advisors to manage the Term Sheet and Share Purchase Agreement.
  • Due Diligence Oversight: Coordinate with internal specialists (CFO, FC, CIO, CPO, COO) to complete financial, operational and technical reviews.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO on deal structure, valuation and reporting.
  • Project Leadership: Manage priority timelines, track deliverables and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management for mergers and acquisitions or similar corporate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of due diligence processes, legal documentation, and financial evaluation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
