About the Role:

We are looking for a full time Account Manager to be based in the Middlemount region on a Monday-Friday roster. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to the below:

• Act as the first point of contact for Protech’s employee’s on-site
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction through innovation and process improvement
• Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and service level agreements, identifying areas for improvement 
• Attend pre-start meetings
• Track and report on employee performance, attendance, and productivity, providing feedback and support to improve outcomes
• Prepare reports and conduct monthly stake holder meetings
• Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety protocols, Protech policies, and relevant legislation, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

What we’re looking for:

• Required: previous experience as a Site Coordinator or Account Manager in the Mining & Resources sector
• Middlemount region based
• Intermediate experience with Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams & Outlook
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Goal-orientated and results driven
• Ability to work within a close-knit team and unsupervised
• Rights to work in Australia
• Current drivers licence
