Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, generalist IR/ER advice across all matters relating to employment and industrial relations.
• Deliver timely, accurate and commercially astute advice regarding employment and industrial relations matters.
• Lead and support case management, including investigations, interviews, and documentation.
• Represent Protech in Fair Work Conciliations as required.
• Share insights and lessons learned with internal stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
• Support national IR strategy development and implementation alongside senior leaders.
• Support the planning, implementation and execution of enterprise agreements.

• Strong interpersonal skills that position you as a trusted advisor to the business.
• Confidence in coaching and guiding stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and efficient approach to managing competing priorities.
• Experience in investigations, dispute resolution, or employment law (a plus, not a must).
