Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, generalist IR/ER advice across all matters relating to employment and industrial relations.
Deliver timely, accurate and commercially astute advice regarding employment and industrial relations matters.
Lead and support case management, including investigations, interviews, and documentation.
Represent Protech in Fair Work Conciliations as required.
Share insights and lessons learned with internal stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
Support national IR strategy development and implementation alongside senior leaders.
Support the planning, implementation and execution of enterprise agreements.

Confidence in coaching and guiding stakeholders to influence outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and efficient approach to managing competing priorities.
Experience in investigations, dispute resolution, or employment law (a plus, not a must).
