What You’ll Do:

• Manage, retain and grow a client portfolio across the region
• Conduct site visits, job starts, workforce check‑ins and HSE activities
• Source, screen and onboard candidates for blue‑collar roles
• Build commercial partnerships and navigate client workforce needs
• Manage workforce performance, safety and engagement
• Maintain accurate records and compliance standards
