What You’ll Do:
- Manage, retain and grow a client portfolio across the region
- Conduct site visits, job starts, workforce check‑ins and HSE activities
- Source, screen and onboard candidates for blue‑collar roles
- Build commercial partnerships and navigate client workforce needs
- Manage workforce performance, safety and engagement
- Maintain accurate records and compliance standards
