What You’ll Do:

  • Source, screen, interview and place candidates in blue collar industries
  • Reverse market candidates to our clients
  • Proactively build talent pools and pipelines
  • Conduct candidate care activities for existing candidates and clients
  • Maintain accurate records & system compliance

What You’ll Bring:

We’re open to candidates with varying levels of experience. What matters most is your mindset and approach.

  • Self-driven with ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive “roll-up your sleeves” mindset and approach
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in blue-collar or labour hire recruitment is highly regarded
