Protech is seeking a part time (3 - 4 days per week) National Talent Partner to lead the recruitment of our national internal workforce. This is a strategic, relationship driven role partnering closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes that strengthen Protech's culture, values and long-term talent capability.
Based on site at our Brisbane (Eight Mile Plains) Head Office, this role is central to building and sustaining Protech's internal talent pipeline. As a trusted recruitment partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, proactively build talent pipelines, influence hiring decisions, uplift hiring manager capability, support workforce planning and play a key role in shaping the future of Protech's internal workforce.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for internal roles across Protech nationally.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand strategic priorities, capability needs, and success profiles.
- Develop high‑quality sourcing strategies and proactive talent pipelines that support both current and future workforce requirements.
- Elevate Protech’s employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing and consistent, professional candidate experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on effective recruitment process, robust assessment and evidence-based decision making.
- Use recruitment data, market insights and trends to influence decisions, identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure position descriptions, job briefs, and success profiles remain accurate and reflective of business needs.
- Contribute to workforce planning initiatives and provide recommendations on talent availability, market conditions, and capability risks.

- Strong capability in proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development, particularly in competitive or candidate short markets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the confidence and capability to influence and coach hiring managers.
- Strong judgment and structured assessment skills to evaluate long‑term role and culture fit.
- The ability to interpret recruitment analytics and trends to guide strategy and decision-making.
- A track record of aligning talent outcomes with business goals and long-term organisational needs.
