The Role
- Source, screen and interview candidates for warehousing and manufacturing roles
- Build talent pools to support current and future client needs
- Match candidates with the right opportunities
- Build strong relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues
- Manage onboarding, compliance and employment documentation
- Support employees throughout their assignment
- Deliver a positive experience for both candidates and clients
About You
- Enjoy building relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
- Communicate confidently with people at all levels
- Are organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Take ownership and follow through on commitments
- Enjoy working as part of a team and celebrating success together
- Can attend and work from our Perth CBD office
- (Highly regarded, not essential) Experience in recruitment, labour hire, customer service, sales or another relationship-focused role
- (Highly regarded, not essential) Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics or other blue-collar environments
