What You'll Do:

• Maintain and build a high performing sales pipeline with reputable clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.
• Prepare tenders, labour hire proposals and project-based solutions.
• Facilitate recruitment activities, and reverse marketing, of blue-collars and white-collars employees.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
• Conduct candidate and client care activities and safety activities.

What You''ll Bring:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in account management (or similar capacity)
• Experience in the mining industry is highly regarded
• Proven success in winning & growing accounts within mining (or similar) industry.
• Ability to develop proposals and commercial agreements.
• Strong networking, negotiation and communication skills.
• Be able to client sites for visits, as required.
